Hi. My name is Lauren Perez and I founded LVP Solutions, LLC because businesses need to know what they may not even know they need to know in a marketplace where every, single company with a website operates without borders.

A long time ago, after college, I drove back to New York City from Florida determined to be the most famous actress on Broadway – but life didn’t happen that way. Instead, I got into the world of trademarks, branding, licensing and globalization long before most other business or legal professionals ever thought that Intellectual Property would become the backbone of this country’s economy.

First certified as a paralegal at the New School for Social Research at the urging of the name partner of the law firm where I was then working as a secretary, I asked the Dean at the time why there were no courses offered in copyright law; he asked me if I wanted to teach one – I said absolutely! And so I did. At that moment, I knew the spark that exists between accomplishment and empowerment and this is the energy LVP Solutions shares with each and every one of its clients.

Years later, I was recruited to Miami to manage the Intellectual Property Practice of an multinational law firm specializing in international trade and customs. Ultimately, I became a Principal and its Vice President of Regulatory Matters.
